Shipping Destinations
Aceory ships worldwide. We deliver to most countries, including all of Europe, North America, and selected international destinations.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotion so keep an eye on our website and newsletters.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

    •    EU countries: 2–5 business days
    •    Rest of world: 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Aceory has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Failed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Aceory is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal to pay customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded.
