Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time depends on the destination of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can use this link to easily follow your order and see when it will arrive.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Of course. As soon as your package is on the way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code.

How do I return an item?

Go to our returns page, register your return, and follow the steps. You have 14 days from delivery to return your item.

Can I exchange a size or item?

No, you can only return the item and place a new order for the correct one.

How do I know which size I need?

Does your clothing run large, small, or true to size?

Our clothing generally fits true to size. We provide extra fit details on the product page when needed.

Yes, it’s available on each product page.

What if something doesn’t fit?

No worries. You can easily return your order within 14 days. Just make sure the item is unworn and in its original condition, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, you’ll find them in our accessories. Great to give, even better to get.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically.

Can I use multiple discounts at once?

No, you can only use one discount code per order.

My discount code isn’t working. What now?

How long is a gift card valid?

Our gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Take your time to pick something you love.
